Terms:

  • Cash or Approved Check with proper ID. Will be accepting VISA & Mastercard. (5% buyers premium on credit card purchases). IN sales tax will apply (7%).

Commission Rates:

  • Horses-6% and $40 consignment & stall fee (per horse). $25 no sale fee. Carriages, Machinery & Tack-20% up to $50. 15% up to $999. 10% $1000 and over.
  • ALL items sold as is, where is and all sales are final. Not responsible for no show items. No private sales on grounds. Nothing removed until paid for.
  • Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any written material. Not responsible for accidents.
